African cuisine is combination of traditional foods ( No gluten, No lactose and dessert free diet) and colonial foods (sweet and savory parties) influences. Our food is handcraft from scratch with fresh and natural ingredients; we do not use artificial ingredients, butter or sugar.

If it is about promoting ghana and africa as a whole, we remain selfless at it.
Earlier this week, we were at the african expo, that provided a platform to show the motherland in a new modern light, bringing the continent of Africa closer to Europeans,counteracting years of misconceptions.
We displayed some of our the local cuisines such as , , , , , , doughnuts with ginger and pineapple flavour, degustation plate with oven-grilled chicken and fried tilapia.
we served our home made ginger drink too.

We are happy the attendees loved our dishes and we went home with empty bowls.
