Mic Schneider leads the on-site operations during the CfC St. Moritz Industry Days. He keeps the flow steady across the house, the piste and the dining tables. He looks after the rooms, the timing and the transitions and makes sure the setting supports the conversations that matter.

Mic is part of the team that ensures the days run with clarity and ease, so the focus stays on substance, not distraction.
