Not every detail of your wedding needs a story behind it.
There’s so much emphasis on making weddings personal that sometimes personalization itself becomes another expectation to meet. Your favorite flower doesn’t need to appear in every arrangement. Every cocktail doesn’t need a meaningful name. Every design choice doesn’t need an explanation.
Sometimes, you can choose something simply because you find it beautiful.
For us, the magic of the design process lies in finding a sense of calm behind each choice. Rather than endlessly searching for ideas to recreate, we try to give the creative process room to unfold. It’s hard to explain exactly how it happens, but we love when the venue and the couple’s own spirit shine through in what we create.
Sometimes, that means pushing ideas and having fun with bold choices. Other times, it means stepping back, adding just a few thoughtful touches, and letting the beauty emerge from the place or the smallest details.
It’s easy to save thousands of inspiration images and say, “I want this” or “I want that.” But it’s worth asking: do those ideas really belong to you - to your personality and the way you live?
A wedding becomes personal through the accumulation of choices that feel natural to you, not through how many can be traced back to a story or taken from a mood board.
You don’t have to prove that a wedding is yours. It already is.
