I keep coming back to the same thought when it comes to bouquets. Some of them just always work.

A mono bouquet. Lilies of the valley. Orchids. Something soft, something bold – it doesn’t really matter, you look at it and it just feels right. They don’t try to follow anything. They just make sense in almost any setting.

Save this as a reminder that classic choices always hold their beauty 🪷

Recently, on a quiet afternoon at home, I caught myself thinking about the pace of our industry.

Social media naturally pushes us to chase attention. Bigger installations, unexpected ideas, visual statements that stop someone mid-scroll. And while that energy can be exciting, it has never really been the reason we create celebrations.

What interests me much more is longevity.

A celebration that still feels right years later. One that doesn’t depend on trends or spectacle to feel meaningful. Something balanced, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the place and the people it was created for.

Some might call that timeless.
I prefer to think of it as integrity.

Design that doesn’t try to impress the moment – but simply belongs to it.

We often think of the first dance as a performance. It’s not.
A few things we guide our couples through:

• Let the room settle before you begin. A brief pause, a shift in light, a moment where guests instinctively turn their attention – it changes everything. The dance starts before the first step.

• Consider how the space frames you. The distance between you and your guests, the shape of the floor, the way people gather around – it defines how intimate or expansive the moment feels.

• Don’t aim for perfection. The most memorable dances are rarely the most rehearsed ones, but the ones where you stay present with each other, even if the timing slips.

It’s a simple moment. But when held correctly, it carries the entire evening forward.

We never begin with a concept.

We begin with people – how they move through a space, what feels natural to them, what they are drawn to, often without even articulating it.

From there, each celebration finds its own scale. Sometimes it unfolds into something expansive, sometimes it stays close, almost quiet – but the intention remains the same.

Benita and Philipp’s day leaned into that intimacy. Nothing felt imposed, nothing overdefined. Just a series of moments that made sense together.

We designed the Sangeet with the setting very much in mind. Tuscany already holds a distinct language of colour and light, and this day felt like the right moment to echo it rather than compete with it.

We kept the design intentional but restrained, allowing the textures, the mood, and the bride’s look to settle naturally into one composition.

In the end, it felt less like styling and more like alignment - everything simply meeting where it was meant to.

A celebration is remembered by how it begins.

At this Ibiza wedding, the tone was set long before dinner – chilled shots offered on arrival, a playful “Take a shot and let’s party,” feathered performers moving through warm light as guests stepped into the evening.

The aperitivo wasn’t a prelude. It was part of the design – intentional, spirited, quietly confident. A clear indication that what followed would carry its own rhythm and sense of freedom.

The first minutes matter. They shape the atmosphere before a single vow is spoken.

Stationery is not a detail. It is the first declaration of intent.

Before guests see the venue, before they hear the music or taste the menu, they hold the wedding in their hands. The weight of the paper, the grain of the texture, the restraint or boldness of the typography – all of it sets a tone long before the day begins. A heavy cotton stock signals permanence. Hand-torn edges suggest intimacy. Letterpress or foil is not ornament, but emphasis.

Well-considered stationery creates alignment. It introduces the palette without announcing it. It reveals the level of refinement without explaining it. It prepares guests emotionally and visually for what is to come. In luxury celebrations, coherence is never accidental – and printed matter is where that coherence begins.

It also becomes archive. Long after flowers fade and tables are cleared, invitations remain – tucked into books, framed, preserved. They carry not only information, but memory.

When designed with intention, stationery does more than inform. It positions the celebration!

Indian bridal jewels, placed against Botticelli’s Venus, create a quiet tension between eras – Tuscan artistry and centuries-old tradition meeting in a single frame.
