Act 2 - Travel into the galaxy 🪐

Welcome aboard the Ice Vessel, a 600-square-meter space specially designed for this exceptional evening. A marquee glass that has risen from the ground to transport guests into an extraordinary universe.

At the helm, Commander , guiding guests through the evening’s most memorable moments it included a unique show of one of the most sought-after international band.

Every detail has been carefully orchestrated to immerse guests in a futuristic and grandiose experience. In the kitchen a visionary Chef has pushed the boundaries of taste, offering dishes from another galaxy, blending haute cuisine with molecular innovation.

Guests were mesmerized by a succession of spectacular artistic performances, defying the laws of gravity and imagination. A custom-made scenario and costumes were especially designed for this birthday evening.

As the grand finale, has taken control of the vessel for one last interstellar dance, propelling the night beyond time and space. 🚀✨

Last year, our team took on an extraordinary challenge: organizing a private birthday celebration on the French Riviera, combining magic, exclusivity, and grandeur! 🎉✨

The opening of these two exceptional days featured a legendary opera singer and his dancers, electrifying a floating stage above a pool with a breathtaking sea view. A spectacular start to a truly unique event after several months of planning and 10 days of set up on site! Stay tuned, more to come… 🔥

This year, we left a lasting impression with the largest table mapping ever created in Switzerland. 🇨🇭

Over 200 guests were transported for an evening, fully immersed in a Scandinavian world. We transformed the foyer into a charming Norwegian village, complete with its red wooden cabins. The surprise unfolded when the doors opened, revealing a massive XXL projection in the dining room. On each table, an animation followed the Scandinavian theme, complemented by a participatory magic trick and an impressive roller show.

It was a major challenge that the Vitalis team successfully embraced.

The GRSSGO Autumn Days 2024, marked by the arrival of the first snow in Morges, brought together over 330 gynecology professionals from French-speaking Switzerland.

The two-day program featured conferences on current topics, presented by doctors and midwives, a dedicated poster and sponsors area, as well as an exclusive evening in a privatized restaurant overlooking the lake.

We were also honored to welcome an external speaker, Laurent Ballesta, whom we warmly thank for his fascinating presentation on human adaptation in extreme environments, based on his experience as a deep-sea diver.

As the appointed PCO for GRSSGO events since 2021, Vitalis Events brings together expertise in Exhibition, Posters, Abstracts and Speakers’ Management to organize Professional Medical Congresses in Switzerland and abroad.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to organize for the second year in a row the Gala de l'Immobilier, which gathers around 280 major real estate stakeholders in Geneva. This year we sourced for this prestigious event the Grand Théâtre, one of Geneva's most emblematic venue.

Following the official part including the yearly graduation ceremony and the speech from a member of the Geneva State Council, the evening continued with a cocktail reception, opera musical interludes and other entertainment.

Thank you and for your renewed trust. We already look forward to the 2025 edition !

🏘️ For this third edition of the annual FTI event (Fondation des Terrains Immobiliers de Genève) , which welcomed 450 guests in Geneva, we once again invested in and imagined the scenography of the event in a very raw building, not even finished.

A total layout was planned for the evening, which took place in two stages: an official part, followed by the cocktail reception with some entertainment.
The event featured some rather original animations, including an Artificial Intelligence area animated by a professional, as well as an audio guestbook for guests to leave their impressions.

We organized a surprise birthday party in a very intimate circle for our private client. The challenge was to transform the house in one day, and organized all things in total secret with our partners in barely a month.
Challenge accepted by our team and the house was totally decorated and enhanced with lots of flowers and lights. The evening began with a cocktail in a heated outdoor tent, a seated dinner, and a special party underground.
We are so pleased to have created this moment full of emotions & love, and we thank our client for its entire trust during the project.

For the 8th consecutive year, we were delighted to organize a standalone medical congress for our loyal client, which this year took place in Marseille. We privatized a hotel for the occasion.

This two days event brought together 170 participants with expertise in women's health.

Vitalis Events is happy to support Pharma and Medtech Companies with managing their HCPs travels, accommodation, dinners and congress registrations according to compliance and country regulations.

It was a challenge we were thrilled to take on. The company entrusted us with organizing their 50th anniversary celebration in their own offices. We completely redesigned the space, moving desks and computers to create a festive atmosphere with an Italian caterer, a dance floor and other various entertainments.

We hosted a Dolce vita themed private party in September. Over 6 months of planning and a team of 50 people helped create this unforgettable evening for 193 guests. Highlights included a cocktail bar, Vespa photocall, italian live cooking and food, champagne wall and a special performance by Patrick 🍋
