Made ghee today from clarified butter. Not a complicated process. Waiting to taste it. 😋😋

Made absolutely yummy lemon curd. Never thought it was so easy to make them. Was wolfed down eagerly by the kids. You can add to muesli, spread on scones, add to butter cream and sandwich macaroons. 😃😃😃

This is the paella all done and ready to be served.
