Just a brief note to thank you so much for meeting our bus at the Basel Train Station this morning. I also want to thank you for being so helpful and assisting us to find a place breakfast before our travels to the Zurich Airport.

It can be difficult and stressful when one is travelling in a foreign country, not speaking the language and not familiar with the area. You made it easy and were very kind to us. We really appreciated it.
