Most dancers think they need more practice. More repetitions. More hours in front of the mirror. But the smoothness you see in the pros? It’s not built on repetition. It’s built on body awareness — and the mobility to back it up.
Body Waves — a focused 4-week program with Christina. We go deep into the foundations that make movement look effortless: mobility, isolation, control, and the awareness that ties it all together.
In 4 weeks, you’ll:
✔️ unlock real range in your spine, ribs, and hips
✔️ feel your waves with more flow and less force
✔️ move better — solo and in partnerwork
By the end, you’ll have a short sequence you can keep practising at home — with a take-home video of Christina performing it (counts from the front, the back, and with music).
And yes — leaders, this is for you too. Body waves aren’t a ladies’ thing. They’re a dancer’s thing. Whether you follow or lead, this program is built for anyone ready to refine how their body moves and feels.
