The festival is extremely diverse: national cuisines, concerts, crafts and art will be represented.
We will be representing Swiss Indian culture with the delicious food in our cool truck.

Swiss Cheese and Cumin seeds!

I am an Indian and my husband is Swiss. Airbnb connected us. Someone wisely has said ‘The way to a man/women’s heart is through his/her stomach’ and it seems so apt in our love story which we now call as #Swissindianlovestory. My Swiss husband who also happens to be a professional cooking Chef cooked a Kadhai paneer with naan in our first meeting as strangers.. That was his way of wooing me. And honestly he did sweep me off my feet through his cooking skills and his magnificent smile.

Sooner than I had imagined I was introduced to the Swiss kitchen and I have to confess I am absolutely in love with Swiss Cheese and as bizarre as it may sound my husband always compliments me ‘Baby I love how you smell like cumin seeds’.

I use to work as a Project Manager with Johnson & Johnson in my last assignment. In November 2019 I lost my job to budget cuts. and we all know how it is to find jobs in a new country. After tirelessly applying for jobs.. We discussed how wonderful it will be to share our love for food with people around us.

And So! We both want to share our love for cooking through this startup initiative to reach as many wonderful people who want to try our Swiss Indian food. Wishing you all Lots of love and Delicacies :) A heartfelt gratitude for supporting us in this humble small start.
