As this is a rental gown that may be worn by multiple brides, please manage your expectations regarding minor signs of wear and tear or minor damage. While we take great care in maintaining the gown, some minor imperfections may naturally occur through repeated use.

We will make every reasonable effort to inspect, clean, repair, and restore the gown as much as possible before each rental. However, minor imperfections that do not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the gown shall not be considered grounds for a refund, replacement, or cancellation.
