Are you looking after your Social Health ?

16/10/2026

Nobody tells you how lonely it can feel when you're no longer the woman you used to be… but you're still figuring out who you're becoming."

Can we talk about this for a minute? 🧡

Because somewhere along the way, life changes.
The kids grow up. Friendships shift. Your priorities change. The things you once wanted don't always fit anymore.

And you find yourself thinking…

Is this it? Is this what the next chapter looks like?

Maybe you don't need another self-help book.

Maybe you need a walk with women who get it.

A proper conversation. A little creativity. A reason to get out of the house. Somewhere you can turn up as yourself, without having to be the strong one, the organised one or the one who has everything sorted.

That's why I created Kat's House. 🏡🌙

It's my little corner of the world for women who want more connection, more creativity and more moments that are just for them.

We've got our monthly chats, walks, creative experiences and a lovely little community growing.

You don't have to live near me to be part of it, either.

It's £15 a month for my founding members, and you can cancel if it's no longer right for you.

I'm not here to promise to change your life.

I'm here to create a space where life feels a little less lonely and a lot more connected.

If you've been craving something like this, send me the words KAT'S HOUSE. Let's have a chat. 🧡

Koko kisses,

Bringing women together since the age of 12

Working on a farm suggestion to owners about a woman's only horse riding group

Age 14 working with a group of women in fashion retail always dancing around the changing rooms

Age 15 started to learn how to be a hairstylist ever since I've been bringing women together naturally

Kats House is intentional because I was born for this
