A Few highlights from todays hypothermic half marathon...more photos to follow once our staff has a chance to rest up and recover from a most excellent day.

A MASSIVE thank you to all runners who came out and braved the chilly morning. An equally massive thank you to all volunteers who also braved frozen water stations, winds, and everything else that came along with race day. Without volunteers events like this would not be able to happen

Results will be available soon, all other race inquires will be addressed after some well deserved rest by our staff.

It's come to our attention that due to a technical error, registered participants confirmation email for the hypothermic half marathon lists the incorrect location.
Please note that the race is at the Norwood Community Club at 87 walmer street
If you see this and can share it please do so. A fourth email will be sent out to all participants reinforcing the proper location.

Race week is finally here and there's just a few reminders to get you through to race day!

A reminder that Kit pick up will be the following days;

Regent Running Room Friday February 20th 3:30-6:30pm

Kenaston Running Room Saturday February 21st 10:15-2:15

Please remember that volunteers will not be onsite before that time window so if you arrive outside of kit pick up hours we can not guarantee your kit will be available.

Race day kit pick up will not be available

Race Day key points

The venue doors and our bag check will open at 6:30 am.
Washrooms will be available in multiple locations within the facility.

Please note that on site venue parking is limited to volunteers ONLY. Runners are asked to find parking on residential side streets where permitted. Please make sure you allow enough time for this.

Please remember that this is an open course and participants are asked to stick to the sidewalks/pathways and avoid running in traffic.

Please keep your eyes peeled to course marshals and signage. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the route, which can be found here; https://routes.rungoapp.com/route/QcJBEc85KX

Please note that this race is semi self supported. There will be limited water available on course along with limited porta potties. We recommend you make sure you have hydration bottles with you that can be refilled at the stations.

Please note that race weekend has started and we will be fully occupied with the event set up and may not be able to answer last minute questions

Please note kits need to be picked up within kit pick up hours. There is no race day kit pick up.

Calling all Winter Cyclists! We're still seeking bike marshals for this upcoming weekend Sunday February 22nd for the hypothermic half marathon.

If you'd like to give back please consider volunteering, we're in need of lead cyclists and roving course cyclists.

Volunteers are what make events work, without you they simply would not happen. All volunteers receive a complementary brunch entry.
