PCW is excited to announce our first live event and return to in-ring action in 20 months!

We have prided ourselves on keeping everyone: fans, families and performers alike safe during these uncertain times. We understand the itch to return to normalcy and sympathize with everyone who’s been begging for us to return. However, we’ve made it our priority to return, only when deemed as safe as possible. And that time has come!

With an eager, star-studded, 100% fully-vaccinated crew, we will make our debut in Lundar, Manitoba!

The Lundar Halloween Massacre takes place Saturday, October 30th at the Lundar Curling Rink and is an All Ages Event!

The event is set for the same date as Lundar’s 3rd Annual Fire Department Halloween Fundraiser! So whether you’re from the surrounding area, or willing to make the drive to catch some sorely-missed PCW action, there is plenty to see and do to make it an eventful day!

With a fourth wave predicted and rising covid cases, we will continue to monitor the situation and give updates if necessary regarding any possible additional guidelines or restrictions.

Winnipeg fans, we miss you. If you can, please join us. We are working tirelessly to welcome you back to the jungle sooner than later. Stay tuned!

Dear Fans,

Several days ago we let you know that our upcoming event on March 28th was unlikely to take place due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We’d like to confirm that the show is, indeed, cancelled.

Our main priority remains the health & wellness of our talent and fans and we will return to action when it is deemed appropriate to do so. Our next event is scheduled for April 18th and we will communicate its status as we move forward.

Those that purchased tickets for March 28th can use them at our next event or be refunded at point of purchase. Those that bought online will shortly receive a message with instructions.

Our next event, whenever it may be, will be our historic 18th Anniversary Spectacular!

For now, we urge you all to follow the recommendations of health experts and we look forward to returning to action as soon as we can.

***BREAKING NEWS***

We’ve recovered footage from a smashed recording device of the violent altercation between ”Outlaw” Adam Knight & Jay Walker at PCW’s Highway To Hell event this past Saturday!

One camera person suffered minor injuries in the melee.

This matchup, as well as many more, will take place when PCW returns on March 28th for the 18th Anniversary spectacular!

TORONTO (October 1, 2019) – TSN announced today a partnership with the new professional wrestling promotion ALL ELITE WRESTLING (AEW) to deliver live coverage of the weekly live wrestling show, AEW DYNAMITE, kicking off Wednesday, Oct. 2 at the famed Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

Jay Walker’s “All American Cookout”!

PCW Canadian Champion & Glitch in the System Jay Walker is starting to exude some old habits. This, at times, deranged competitor should be in a jovial mood, as he’s broken all records with the Canadian Title. However, despite being Champion, he doesn’t have the physical title.

That title was stolen from him after the “Bash at the Bluff” in Oak Bluff by the “American Psycho” JL Spiker. Spiker js now 2-0 against the Glitch, once via countout, and the last times at Doubles, defeating him in the Premier Rumble to secure the Golden Ticket!

Walker’s tempered pursuit of Spiker may just be what the American is looking for to force this rematch. Even if Walker were to win this bout, there’s always a chance that JL Spiker could cash in the Golden Ticket and win it right back. Anything and everything could happen at this international showdown and it goes down THIS SATURDAY!!!

The Boys are Back in Town! Sweet & Tasty Are In It To Win It!

The most charismatic tag team in Central Canada has been taking over PCW with a sugar rush of hilarity and badassery! “Tasty” Travis Cole & “Sweet” Bobby Schink’s friendship and fun-loving nature has become an infectious, must-see experience in Winnipeg. Fans have been clamouring for more of their sweet stuff and finally, now that beach season is done, they return geared up & ready to defend their recently won PCW Tag Team Championships! After a hellacious brawl in Oak Bluff, the two secured the tag team titles from their Hall of Fame-worthy opponents, Team Impact. The question is, what’s in store for the delicious duo?! And what sort of savoury surprises do they have up their cut-off sleeves for the PCW audience?

The Outlaw Is Riding Solo!

"Outlaw" Adam Knight has seen & done it all in PCW and after 20+ years of being in the business, there's no signs of any slowing down from this cowboy! Now that his "Old School Wrecking Crew" partner, Darren "The Bomb" Dalton is on the shelf, Knight has to set his sights away from the tag team division and once again rely on himself to create opportunities.

The question is, just who is the Outlaw "gunning" for? No matter who the dominant heavyweight steps into the ring with, you bet it won't be his last stand, any time soon. The big guns are still blazing!

Mike Quackenbush says Leo London is Living In The Past!

Chikara's own Mike Quackenbush is about to take flight and land in Winnipeg to grace us with one of his final in-ring performances, inside of a PCW ring. The man who's wizard-like technical skills, has made him one of the most revered pro wrestling trainers in the world (just ask WWE & their Performance Centre)! This legendary man is scheduled to go hold for hold with PCW's Leo London, Winnipeg's greatest wrestling technician.

A dream match for Leo (a multi-team Tag Team Champion) as he idolized and looked up to Quackenbush. Who has been in a similar situation like London is currently, having gone toe to toe with many of the world's best who he once idolized himself. As mentioned Quackenbush's response to Leo via video: Jushin Thunder Liger, Johnny Saint and Eddie Guerrero are just some of the men in which he has had the daunting task of looking across the ring, staring at a man who he once idolized, and then having to convince himself that he belongs in that same squared circle, in that very match, and has the skillset, knowledge & strategy required to defeat his hero.

London has studied Quackenbush's offense for over a decade, and Quackenbush will be very familiar with the fighting style he's about to go up against. These men are mirror images, Quackenbush with the experience advantage however, Leo having a home field advantage with the crowd as well as youth on his side. It's going to make for what could very well be, the most incredible mat classic in Winnipeg history as they trade holds, London looking to cement his legacy & credibility as one of the best, while Quackenbush will look to make his first and only stop in Winnipeg, a memorable one.

PCW wrestling will have the privilege of hosting a pair of seminars the day after our massive “Back To School Bash” event headlined by the legendary founder of Chikara Mike Quackenbush taking place this Saturday Sept 21st!!

The first of the seminars an in ring clinic with Quackenbush himself instructing the finer points of counter wresting, holds and chain wrestling to improve your in ring performance takes place the morning of Sept 22nd from 9-12 am.

Then a speaking seminar to cover all kinds of wrestling characters and personalities! Announcers, wrestlers, managers and referees along with anything related to the wrestling world will benefit from the vast knowledge and impeccable diction of Mike Quackenbush taking place from 2-5 pm that same day!

This Saturday’s “Any Way You Want It” is all about Pride! Inclusiveness & expressing who you are is a big part of the culture of PCW which is why we’ve teamed with the Rainbow Resource Centre! A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to them to support their ongoing cause.

Rainbow Resource Centre (RRC) offers support to the LGBT2SQ+ community in the form of counselling, education, and programming for individuals ranging from children through to 55±. It also supports families, friends, and employers of LGBT2SQ+ individuals.

Top off this worthy cause with all the champions defending their titles AND our annual Premier Rumble for the Golden Ticket...this is one of the biggest events of the year that you should not miss!
