One of the team asked me yesterday what do you like? Better weddings or stuff like this. I won’t lie stuff like this. If it’s like this is where I shine. It’s where I come alive. Being able to run the show top to bottom have artistic direction and a lot of play. I love it. I’m in love. Huge thanks to the crew and most of all the boxers - you are the event, the heart of the show 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It’s time to calm down.

Someone introduced me earlier this year as the best wedding planner in Winnipeg.

He wasn't wrong. And I was so grateful for it.

But I drove home with this small, quiet feeling I couldn't shake — because I'm also in the middle of building something new. A different version of this work. And that introduction, kind as it was, was a perfect little snapshot of what it feels like to be mid-transition.

The external world is still filing you into a folder you've already started to outgrow.
