Charlyn’s love for children is what began the journey of A Living Fairytale. A career working with children is what drove her to complete her Early Childhood Education and receive a diploma from Red River College. While being a preschool teacher, singing and dancing were just a few of the precious moments in a days work. Modeling and acting have also been apart of her life since she was a teenager. She’s studied Acting throughout school and then sought out a renowned class at Capilano College in British Columbia. She continued her education in acting here in Winnipeg and has been successful at it ever since. Modeling has been another passion. Panache talent and modeling agency has been home to Charlyn for 6years. Combine all of these and you have a performer that will you give you only the best of quality. Well having met her real life prince charming, you can say she’s a believer! As a child she loved the enchanted elements of the fairytale princess stories. She loves the magic, true love, and endless possibilities. She hopes to bring that same wonder to the eyes of all your children. They will not believe that their parents brought them a real life princess to their party. Shhhhhhhhh….we’ll never tell ;) Dreams really do come true.

When a client wanted a siren for his little girl’s birthday party, I dove straight into creating the perfect look. Over the years I’ve spent countless hours researching costume‑making, testing different methods, and learning how to bring characters to life. Every project teaches me something new, and seeing this siren come together made me feel so proud of how far I’ve come.

✨ I blinked…and suddenly it’s almost Christmas! ✨

The past couple of months have been a whirlwind of costumes, wigs, glitter, and late nights, all while caring for my little ones. With holiday princess parties finally slowing down, I can take a deep breath and reflect on the magic we created together.

It’s been beautiful, but also a lot of chaos! 🙈 If you reached out about a princess party and haven’t heard back, please call or text me this week. Some messages may have been lost in the holiday shuffle, and I want to make sure every one of you is taken care of. 💖 204 880-9024

This season has taught me how important it is to have extra hands, whether administrative help or a nanny, so that I can keep the sparkle flowing without missing a beat and getting overwhelmed. So thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for letting me bring a little magic into your celebrations.

One of my favorite characters to play is Ms. Rachel as I get to spend time with the most adorable babies, like this little cutie. I really need to get a video of her giggling like crazy when we sang and danced to "Hop Little Bunnies." It was honestly the cutest moment ever! ❤️
