Do you bring the energy? The hype? The fun? LaserTopia is looking for enthusiastic team members to help us create unforgettable laser tag adventures!
✨ What you’ll be doing: • Welcoming and assisting guests of all ages in our arena • Keeping games running smoothly, safely, and on schedule • Delivering awesome customer service and unforgettable experiences • Operating laser tag gear + troubleshooting simple tech issues • Maintaining a clean, safe, exciting environment
🎯 What we’re looking for: • 16+ years old • Available 10–20 hours per week (weekends included) • Outgoing, reliable, and great with kids, teens, and adults • Tech/computer skills are a bonus • Positive attitude + strong team player energy

If you love creating great experiences, keeping the energy high, and being the first smile guests see when they walk in — this is your moment.
🎉 What You’ll Do: • Welcome guests with warmth, excitement, and professionalism • Share promotions + upsell opportunities • Take orders and process payments accurately • Serve food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks • Help guests choose their well earned prizes at the redemption counter • Keep food/beverage areas, arcade games, and bathrooms clean • Support teammates wherever needed • Handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism • Answer phone calls and inquiries • Follow opening and closing procedures • And jump in for other duties as needed
⭐ What We’re Looking For: • Friendly, outgoing, guest focused personality • Strong initiative + team first attitude • Must be 18+ • Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus • Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays • POS experience is a plus • Professional appearance + communication • Able to stay calm under pressure • Comfortable working with guests of all ages • Weekend availability required
