Here's proof that rain doesn't ruin a wedding day 🌧️

Liya and Michael got the rain we're always hoping to avoid — but quite frankly, it made the whole day even more beautiful and worked perfectly with their palette.

Instead of fighting it, we say — accept it, then plan around it.

Rain doesn't ruin a wedding (unless it's one heck of a rain if course). It transforms it. Soft grey skies, glossy cobblestones, glossy everything, that dreamy mist settling over the bouquet — moody, romantic, straight-out-of-a-film photos. How cozy! WE'RE IN!

Schola and Jackson's wedding day at The Evergreen Village 🤍

Our bride wanted her grandmother's veil woven into her bouquet — something borrowed, and something that meant everything. Love when a detail like that makes it into the flowers.

If you've ever had a bouquet delivery from me, you already know this but.. *flower to flower*!! It's something I learned from my glam team on my own wedding day in 2022 and I've been passing it along ever since. Not too low, not too high — we want that dress to shine too and most def not cover your face. I was mouthing this every chance I get that Schola and I's eyes met and then we'd have a lil laugh about it. If you still don't get it, DM me 😂

The overhead installation is one of my favorites — organic, flowing, lots of hanging pieces. And my personal favourite detail? The faux air plants. They just add that little something wild and I am never not obsessed with them. Bonus is the live ferns on the ends matched perfectly with the faux install.

One of my favorite details? Her invites telling friends to rewear their grad ball dresses. Intentional, practical, and honestly made the night feel even more personal and fun. Also had the best time adding fresh greenery and moss details on the tables, so much whimsy!!

Thank you to this mom and daughter duo (and of course the whole family!) for having us be part of such a special coming of age celebration ♡
