Planning a wedding in Manitoba with a corkage bar? Fort Catering at St. Norbert Arts Centre allows you to use our licence or a temporary permit.
You can bring your own wine, spirits, beer, or cider with a temporary permit corkage bar and can choose your own products while still supporting local.

Fort Catering offers three corkage options:
• Full bar – $16 per person, includes wine service, soft drinks, ice, garnishes, and compostable glasses.
• Beer & wine – $8 per person.
• Wine only – $6 per person.

All alcohol must come with an LGA permit, be delivered after 11 am on the wedding day, and have receipts. No changes can be made to the permit after 9 pm, so plan ahead.

Local picks like Torque Brewing beers or Dead Horse Cider are perfect for showing off Manitoba flavors while staying on budget. We try to keep our prices reasonable and our $16 corkage is definitely at the lower end of the local wedding market.

Today we hosted a small wedding at the St. Norbert Arts Centre and the fall colors made the whole place feel magical. The trees are turning every shade of red, orange, and gold, and it shows off just how special this space is. With its mix of nature, history, and beautiful 100 year old structures, it’s the kind of setting that makes any event stand out.

Whether you’re planning a birthday, shower, celebration, or a wedding, the changing colours create an amazing backdrop. We’re also now booking Christmas parties as we’re open all year long.

Today we gave a quick tour of the Gallery at St. Norbert Arts Centre for a very special couple getting married on September 13 with a great theme. The space has amazing natural light, stone walls, and lots of room to set up for a wedding or event.

Something new is coming to Fort Catering at St. Norbert Arts Centre. We’re building a private bridal room designed to make getting ready on your wedding day easy and beautiful.

Here are some pictures as a first look. The space will feature soft natural light, elegant finishes, cozy lounge seating, full-length mirrors, and a makeup and hair station so you and your wedding party can relax and enjoy every moment. We’re adding thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, garment racks, coffee bar and plenty of room for photographers to capture those getting ready for your special day photos.
