GREG NORWOOD - Chicago

"A regular guest DJ who visited Winnipeg to perform many times in the late 90's and early 2000's and more recently played at MEME in 2022 and 2023. Greg is a long time house music master from Chicago bringing a deep knowledge of a wide variety of house music to the turntables. We are thrilled to officially have Greg back to headline a Symptom Tech event since he last played for us at The Moons of Saturn in 2000!"

I'm happy to report that based on many years (decades) of experiences, trial and error, pain and joy, that we can confidently say that it's official:

There is a serious buzz in the air about tomorrow's Symptom Tech anniversary party at Club Happenings.

The multi-talented Canadian electronic music legend Flipside is bringing us a very special set of music for this event. He's quite the chameleon when it comes to musical styles including MCing for drum & bass & techno tracks to playing prime time house music for the club and minimal tech funk and rollers for the warehouse vibes. If you know Flipside this set might pleasantly surprise you with the directions he goes and if don't know him come check it out! I'm opening along with JEMIRU. Proper funky underground tech-house is on the menu for tomorrow night.

I can't wait to see everyone, the ticket sales have been brisk 🔊👌
