Having made wine for 24 years, I tend to experiment with flavours. This particular baby is an Argentina Malbec, to which I added 80 grams of Medium French Toasted Oak. I like to create, not only in my kitchen.
End result: a medium to full bodied, earthy and smooth red wine. It holds a beautiful wood smoke and berry background to the nose. With a dry finish, you will experience notes of crisp cranberry. Enjoy right away, or, age for a minimum of 2 months to experience even more smoothness and relaxing pleasure.
This Double Oaked Argentina Malbec will pair extremely well with your summer smoked and grilled meats, as well as your winter roasts, racks and ribs.
