Offering all specialty pizzas with special focus on the frozen coal fired VEGAN pizza.

Pizzas are flash frozen. We take our freshly made gourmet pizzas from a sweltering 800+ degrees right down to an instant blistering -50 degrees in a matter of minutes sealing in a flavor, taste and smell only a Coal Fire can bring you. Same applies to our wings.

This Friday, October 18th and Sunday, October 20th we will be hosting open calls for servers + bartenders + bussers at The Chelsea.

Open calls will be held at Tequila Bob's (576 Ouellette Ave) Friday between 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and then again from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Sunday we will be holding open calls for 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Each candidate will receive 5 minutes to speak to a representative from The Chelsea and it will be on a first come first serve basis. This will be an initial screening for a second interview next week. You can arrive anytime between the allocated times - have a seat - and you will be called accordingly. Please bring 3 copies of your resume.
