In honour of John Thomas Fancsy’s life and generous spirit, we at I&F Design are proud to share this meaningful news.

The new Windsor/Essex Acute Care Hospital will be named The Fancsy Family Hospital in honour of a $40 million gift from the estate of the late John Fancsy. The announcement, held at the hospital site, brought together family, dignitaries, community leaders, and John’s two beloved Labradors.

John, brother of I&F Design owner James Fancsy, was a local engineer and co-founder of Viewpointe Estate Winery, who left a transformational gift that carries forward his family’s remarkable legacy of giving back to the community.

We were honoured to create and contribute the floral arrangements for this event at the hospital site and for the special gathering afterward at The Windsor Club.

I&F Design is Windsor's premiere florist! James Fancsy, the owner of I&F Design, has earned a reputation as a reliable, creative florist with outstanding design flare. James was trained at prestigious Floral Academies in Holland. A visit to his store reveals the vision he has for his customers and product.

I&F Design specializes in complete wedding and funeral arrangements, from the very simple to the extravagant. We also decorate for parties, anniversaries, graduations, corporate events, conventions, trade shows as well as, life events such as birthdays, anniversaries, births, get wells, thank yous... or for no other reason than the love of flowers!
