IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING TICKET DELIVERY
Due to today's strike announcement by Canada Post workers, we will be rescinding the requirement to present physical tickets for entry. Currently, only essential mail is being delivered by Canada Post. We will resume ticket delivery if mail service is resumed before October 31st. In the meantime, we will be emailing electronic tickets to all current guests, and future ticket purchases will receive an electronic ticket automatically. If you would like to have your digital tickets resent to you, you may use this link at any time:

We are working to establish a walk-in fulfillment point in Windsor for guests who would like to receive their physical tickets before the event, and we will still be mailing US guests their tickets via USPS.

While this is an unexpected change, we will do our best to get physical tickets to our guests despite these challenges.
