The rumours are true, there is going to be a Grand Ball!

The Windsor Regency Ball is taking place on June 28th at the Willistead Manor.

This exclusive ticketed event takes place across the Manor, Gardens, and Coachouse.

Prepare for an evening of refinement like no other.
Dance the night away to live music from our Bridgerton Band, gossip over tea, stroll through the gardens, and witness a duel over true love.

Book a seat on a classic horse and carriage ride through Willistead Park, and get your elbows dirty with the commoners at the Coachhouse Pub.

Grace Lin - Belly Dancer - Performer - The Competition

Originally from Taiwan, Grace Lin is a passionate dancer who loves sharing the beauty of Belly Dance, Samba, and Mermaid performances. Her love for cultural dance started with Taiwanese Aboriginal dance, and she has been dancing since college in 2010. In 2014, she moved to Canada on her own, building her dance career from the ground up. After spending 10 years in Toronto performing professionally, she moved to Windsor, Ontario, a year ago and continues to bring energy, elegance, and excitement to every event.

Grace’s performances are all about creating a fun and unforgettable experience. Whether it’s the hypnotic movements of Belly Dance, the high-energy beats of Samba, or the enchanting world of Mermaid performances, she customizes each show to fit the occasion. She also loves mixing different dance styles for a unique performance.

Beyond performing, Grace is passionate about sharing the joy of dance and connecting with people through movement. She may even start Belly Dance classes in Windsor soon!

In addition to dancing, Grace also designs custom Belly Dance costumes and takes special requests. Since 2023, she’s been creating stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect her love for dance and creativity. Her designs are also versatile, with many costumes doubling for different styles—for example, her Belly Dance costumes can easily transition into Samba outfits.

Kristina - Lollipop Lyra - Performer - The Competition

Kristina was born and raised in Windsor, growing up loving Cirque du Soleil. As a child she loved anything that allowed her to be creative and active. During her university years she became very passionate about yoga, eventually leading her to start training aerial acrobatics. What started out as a hobby and a way to stay fit quickly evolved into her following her childhood dream of performing in front of crowds; evoking the same sense of wonder in others that she felt as a child.

Kristina is multitalented and performs on a variety of apparatuses with aerial chains being her specialty. She trains in contortion and has recently fallen in love with the flow arts, experimenting with poi and fire fans. She hopes to soon incorporate fire into her future performances to further mystify her audiences.

If Kristina isn’t found training, you’re likely to find her out wandering in nature, camping or hiking. She has camped from coast to coast across Canada and has plans to explore many other countries in the near future.

Professionally, Kristina is a respiratory therapist at multiple hospitals in Southern Ontario. Her compassionate nature shines throughout her work as she helps save lives.
