CHON-FM is seeking an experienced, creative and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee CHON-FM’s sales, develop and implement marketing campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and partners. This position combines hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities, ensuring advertising targets are met and CHON-FM’s brand remains strong and consistent.

A successful Sales & Marketing Manager can think strategically to achieve the CHON-FM mandate to serve Yukon’s 14 First Nations. The ideal candidate has patience, organization, communication, and leadership skills.

You will be responsible for finding new potential advertisers, collaborating with partners, selling on-air ads, and exploring other potential revenue streams. This is a full-time position with benefits.
