Was an honor to cater the TAC Celebration in Atlin last weekend. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such an important celebration!

Appies included:
Whipped feta with smoked salmon and sundried tomato on a cucumber round.
Corn Fritters with a smoked homey aoli
Bacon and onion puff pastry pinwheels
Multiple charcuterie platters along with candied arctic char and smoked salmon.

Dinner was 3 courses:
Pickled beet and spinach salad with apple and candied pecans
Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with wild rice pilaf and roasted spring vegetable
Haskap berry pudding cake.

Special Olympic Golf Fundraiser yesterday! There was a great turn out and a ton of fun! Coming off hole 9 those golfers were hungry and we feed them well!! 3 sliders on Custom made Alpine bakery buns with 14 hr pulled pork, beef/cheddar, chicken/swiss and a side of potato salad! Thanks to all the people that participated!!

Amazing night!!! We did the Royal feast appy....Honey turmeric glazed ribs with carrot puree, beet powder and pea shoots!!! We got a friendly hand from the guys at Wood st. Ramen! Thanks again!!

We recently did Home Hardware's X-mas party and it was an amazing night!
Bao buns stuffed with hoisin pulled pork and pickled veg, antipasto skewers with pesto, pickled beet and goat cheese bruschetta, mini corn dogs with curry ketchup & honey dijon, turkey and brie bannock sliders with cranberry mayo, frosted bombs and cookie dough brownie bites. The event went over great and everyone was happy!!
