Kitchen sink Sunday salad. Lol. Greens, cherry tomatoes., steam eggs, Cake oranges, roasted beats pecans, feta cheese, sweet onion, cranberries, fig dressing. The point of the post is I steamed eggs for the first time. I put the eggs in a small pot filled water halfway up the eggs turned on the heat once it boiled I turned it down to simmer for nine minutes. Pour the hot water out bang the eggs around in the pot. Then filled the pot up with cold water cracking the shells helps the water to come under the shell. The shells came off easier than any other way. I’ve tried. Have a beautiful Sunday.☀️☀️

Do you have some English cucumber sitting in your fridge? You need to deal with? They go soft so quickly.!
This is a quick salad that you can have for the next few days. I use three English cucumbers that I chopped up half a sweet onion chopped finally, I had some cilantro left in the fridge or he could use basil or skip it then a sprinkling of feta cheese, a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil a friend gave me that is outrageously delicious it’s from Israel And rose wine vinegar, a little marine salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend with your family. Blessings to you all.
