It's a Filipino cold dessert made of jelly cubes, young coconut (buko), with tapioca pearls, sweetened heavy cream and with pandan flavouring.

We'd like to introduce one of our comfort food. It's called "Suman" or Rice Cake! 😉
It's made of sweet (glutinous) rice with coconut milk then wrapped in banana leaves.
It can be eaten with a little bit of sugar or mixed with hot chocolate. It's great for snack or as a dessert! 😊
