Bib assignment last night saw almost 80 people. Everyone participating gets a Hawaiian shirt for our theme this year.

Anyone who completes 200 kilometers gets a customized Yeti water bottle.

Hey everyone! Thanks to all of those who took part in the first ever Lil Chiggy at Cape Chignecto Park! As always, the park staff and community are excellent in helping us.

Hey Folks! The Amazing people of Advocate Harbor & Area are doing some pretty amazing things the weekend of Lil Chiggy! Saturday there is a Fundraising Lasagna Dinner, and Sunday during the race there is an Open House at the 3 Sisters Center.

Hey Everyone! We have some exciting news! We are looking to have Ghastly Gorge Grind 2026 on Sunday July 26th.

PLEASE NOTE, our route this year is NEW, AWESOME and a straightforward loop. It includes two trails never used in trail races previously, hit the highest point in Mainland Nova Scotia and hit some really fun downhill runs.
Still need to get the exact data, but loop will be approx 12-13k with over 600 meters of vert.
I have to tell you, we are SOOOOO excited about this NEW course map!

We will aim to have Sign up next Friday May 15th.
