Chiggy 2026 is getting closer! Everyone who steps to the line is pretty incredible to get into the Park and experience the beauty. Some folks we admire are the 2 and 3 loop folks who begin their journey at Midnight on Saturday morning.
These folks often get little sleep the evening prior, and run into the wilderness and experience potentially two sunrises in Cape Chignecto.

You are all badasses

Huge shout out to our amazing volunteers who are ready to support these folks

Also, huge shout out to the Cape Chignecto Provincial Park staff, who go above and beyond to help accommodate the event. This would not be possible without them.

Advocate Harbor, Spenser's Island and surrounding areas are incredible. If you can, explore, the locals are the best.

Hey Folks! With The Chiggy Ultra coming up in on October 3rd an 4th we just wanted to let folks know of a few camping options

1 - Local Guy Adventures has different options including a Cottage, hard tents and places to camp. Easiest way to reach out to them is [email protected] and Laurie will set you up

2 - ADDA Campground is open until October 5th. Their website says October 1st, but I spoke to the owner, and they have changed their closing date until the 5th. Contact info is [email protected] or 902 216 0133

3 - Old Shipyard Campground - [email protected]

There are certainly other options including Cape Chignecto Park itself.

Hey Folks! August is well underway, and there is a lot of amazing trail running weather left!

If you are looking for something Epic in October, we got you! The Chiggy Ultra offers a 9k, 51+k, 102+k and 154+k (1, 2 and 3 loop) options. Each Loop has about 2200meters of Vert, that's about 51 meters of vert each kilometer!
3 Loop folks can easily add some distance on the end to complete 100 miles if they are interested.

Tons of ocean views, amazing community and we have 3 pretty amazing Aid Station Cabins with the best volunteers!
