Happy Halloween everyone did you know that when making the Halloween mask the film production used a mask of kirk from star trek. When I discovered that it blew my mind

🎃 I never knew this: The 1978 horror film “Halloween” was so low budget, they bought a Captain Kirk mask of William Shatner for $1.98, spray-painted it white and then cut out big eye holes.

The end result: Michael Myers.

The entire movie was shot in 22-days for a cheapskate budget of $300,000 with actors often wearing their own clothing.

It grossed over $45-Million. 😳

All this random trivia to say that ingenuity, innovation and thinking outside the box almost always yields higher returns than doing the same thing everyone else is doing and getting the same results.
