If you have cats, dogs or pets that become frightened easily with fireworks🎆 and loud noises, try to keep them in, play music or have the TV on, even a place in the house where they may not be subjected ...

I have a cat that becomes extremely panicked by fireworks...

Canada Day weekend is approaching. It falls on a Saturday this year. There's going to be public fireworks, and likely private ones as well, despite the burn ban. 🤦‍♀️

Do yourself a favour. Take photos of your pets now, so if you have to unfortunately report them as lost.... you know what they look like.

Disney's cars theme 🚘(and balloon 🎈decor) for my grandbaby who just had his 3rd birthday party 🎉🥳

All success, but that "darn" brick wall! that did not want to cooperate 🙃 therefore the balloons kept falling on one side

All that mattered was a happy birthday boy and friends who had so much fun 💙

Hey there, my name is Linda, I am a Certified Event Manager and Reflections of time is my prudently chosen business name, it’s what embraces my passions.

I am all about the celebration and the festivities, the enjoyment of planning and coordinating them. I used to be a late late night girl “I love the night life” now I’m just a late night girl. I worked in the hospitality and beauty industries for many years, including; a restaurant manager, banquet supervisor, a server, a bartender, a fundraising professional, a hairstylist a company rep/beauty sales rep; “A people person all n all” …

born and raised on Vancouver Island, I am blessed by the beauty that surrounds me but I don’t really like the rain, I love the snow, the beauty of it and the fresh smell in the air, It has a certain friendly comfort feeling “To Me” it brings people together and shows some true colors … mostly how people really do want to feel as if they can assist in times of need. Also the fun activities and carefree outlooks, we live in a very noisy world full of to many pressures, which brings me to my other passion of “Natural Alternative Health” I am presently taking courses in Holistic Nutrition which will open up a whole new world of event management and coordinating… just sayin!

Spending time by the ocean and in the outdoors brings me to my happy place (Mentally) sitting around a bonfire sharing stories with friends and family is a favorite, especially when camping. I love four seasons because with them brings a reason for celebration and family get to-gethers; My favorites are “Christmas and Halloween” It’s that unexplainable warm and lovely feeling of what Christmas brings, and for Halloween it’s the suspense and the entertainment of cute little people (and pet) costumes and of course the amusing big people costumes and getting scared …”It’s all about the cute and the scare LOL”! I love the summer, the warm weather the fun and longer days, playing outside and being entertained at outdoor events.

I am family focused... Family means everything to me and friends are much like family. Pets are also my family and my love for animals is colossal. “My kids (now grown adults) are my everything; and now soon to be a grandma I am excited to have a little one call me “Grammy/Nammy or “Grandma” (just not Granny no no no) that will be baby’s choice J; none the less I am excited for his arrival, he is scheduled to arrive at the end of November, but I think he may possibly be here much sooner (all depends on the stork)… we are now at the end stretch of October 2019. And there has been some labour pain indicating He is getting ready.. “EXCITIIINNGG” that’s an emphasized exciting LOL.

My hobbies include Crafts, yes I love to be creative, I could spend hours manicuring a flower bed, molding and painting ceramics, creating scrap books and flower bouquets with a pinch of TLC, decorating for special occasions and turning food in to a work of art “Those are just a few of my favorite things”
