e store or just place your order online and choose to pay when it's delivered, no need to call or be hassled by sales people to place your order. All of our castles are premium commercial quality products and are inspected for safety on a regular basis. We meticulously clean our castles after each use. We have young children and know that life is full of last minute surprises (not to mention rain or wind storms) so we try to offer as much flexibility as possible to either reschedule or cancel your rental. If you have paid for your castle online, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking. We of course appreciate as much notice as possible if you do have a change in plans for your event. All of our castles have been 'kid tested' in our own backyard by our 5 year old and 2 year old!
