Our Story

Uprooted Kitchen & Catering Co. has flourished under the name of Basket Case Picnics & Catering since July of 2011. Our new name, Uprooted Kitchen & Catering Co., speaks to both our inspiration and ethos, and recognizes that its time to uproot our image to more accurately reflect what we have become. As an on the grow and go caterer, we continue to major on menus that are, quite literally, cultivated from the ground up! We offer many enticing ways to enjoy an Uprooted Kitchen experience:
