I have a passion for many things within the realm of my business, and home décor is certainly one of them!

One of the things I love most about what I do is helping people bring a vision together. Whether it’s working with a bride to create a beautifully cohesive wedding day, guiding someone through a workshop, or helping someone find those perfect finishing touches for their home, I absolutely love the creative process.

I love the details, visualizing how things will come together, sharing ideas, and helping create something that feels thoughtfully put together.

Over the past few years, I’ve been gradually expanding the home décor side of Petals & Stems, bringing in a little more each season and testing the waters along the way.

And this winter? I’ve been having SO much fun choosing pieces and dreaming up how everything will come together!

Just TWO days until our public winter workshop dates are revealed! 🤎

First, a big thank you to everyone who reached out over the long weekend to reserve a date for a private workshop! I’m so looking forward to welcoming your groups this winter!

Just a friendly reminder that once our public workshop dates are set on October 15, the calendar will become a little tighter for private bookings. You’ll still be able to book afterward, but these next couple of days offer the most flexibility if you’ve been thinking about gathering your favourite people!

A couple of exciting dates to remember!

October 15 — Our public winter workshop dates will be available to view on our website! Take a peek at what’s coming and start making plans with your friends.

October 17 — Tickets officially go on sale! You’ll be able to head online and purchase your spots!

I’ve had quite a few messages over the last couple of days asking if I’ll be taking custom orders for winter planters and wreaths this year. And the answer is absolutely! 🤍

Custom orders are a big part of what we do, and I’d love to create something beautiful for your home this winter!

DON’T FORGET, November 14th is our winter season opening! You’ll be able to come out, browse, and choose from all kinds of beautiful, ready-made winter pieces, along with so many other lovely things we’ve been gathering for the season. We are upscaling our home decor offerings this year so there will be so much goodness for you on our big market day!

I’m gradually sharing everything we have planned so I don’t overwhelm you all at once! Once our workshop tickets open on October 17th, I’ll be sharing more about our winter greenery offerings and how to order.

So much goodness coming, and I can’t wait to share it with you!

October 15 — Workshop dates announced!
October 17 — Tickets go on sale!

And a little reminder for those hoping to gather friends or family for a private workshop — now is the time to reach out! We’re still working with groups to find dates that fit, but once our public calendar is set on October 15, availability will become more limited.

So take a peek, start dreaming, and maybe chat with a few friends over the long weekend. We’d love to have you join us!

Details matter.

Yesterday, after a wedding consultation, I received a message from the bride’s mom thanking me for my attention to detail, that her daughter appreciated it. That meant a lot.

Sometimes I ask questions in a consultation that might not seem directly related to flowers—but there’s usually a reason behind them.

You’re investing time and money into so many pieces of your wedding day, and I want those pieces to work beautifully together.

I love helping with the little decisions, making suggestions where I can, and seeing all those details come together into a day that feels cohesive and completely yours.

Because in the end, it’s often the little details that make the whole thing feel just right.

PRIVATE WINTER WORKSHOPS ARE NOW OPEN FOR BOOKING! ✨

If you’ve been thinking about gathering your favourite people for a workshop this winter out at Petals And Stems, now is the best time to get your date secured.

For the next little bit, private groups have first choice of my available workshop dates. Beginning October 15th, I’ll start filling my calendar with this season’s public workshops, which means private workshop availability will become more limited after that.

So if there’s a particular evening or weekend that would work best for your group, I’d encourage you to get in touch sooner rather than later. 🤍

IT’S TIME!

You’ve been asking. You’ve been waiting. And it’s finally time to start talking about our winter season at Petals & Stems!

The excitement around Petals & Stems this year has been incredible. Workshops have been filling faster than ever, and I truly think this could be one of our best winter seasons yet. I cannot wait to show you what we’re pouring into it!

So… SAVE THESE DATES!

MONDAY, OCTOBER 5
Private winter workshop bookings open!

Gather your own group of 10–20 people and message me beginning Monday for available dates, workshop options + details.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17 7:00 PM
Public winter workshops DROP on our website!

These are open for anyone to book — come on your own, bring a friend or gather a few.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14
OUR WINTER SEASON GRAND OPENING!

The barn + studio officially open for the season — and there’s even more happening this year!

Several acreage-based businesses will be opening their doors that same day for a Country Christmas Shop Hop — make a day of it and travel from stop to stop!

We are so excited to have Jamberry Farms Cottage & Gifts bringing her much-loved homemade baking to Petals & Stems — donuts, rolls + more!

There’s lots more to share, but for today…
