Ottawa we are in for a treat tonight! One of Canada's best house music DJ's and Producers, Stephan Grondin is going to turn it out tonight on the Sotto sound system with a killer opening set by Ryan Labelle.

If you missed Stephan's set with Mark Anthony Music during Glow Fair, you won't want to miss him tonight. The event is free to get in B4 11 PM and located at 295 Dalhousie St.

House of SAS has been busy for the last few months.....

So it's been about 5 months since I started an exciting new project and the hardest part was having to keep quiet.

This June 20-21st the Bank Street BIA in partnership with House Of SAS will debut a new signature event that will take place over eight city blocks of downtown Bank Street. Glow Fair is a festival of Music, Light and Performance Art. A visually stimulating festival filled with energy, light installations, performance art and live entertainment poised to transcend age and personal taste.

Ottawa’s inaugural Glow Fair brings an incredible festival of light to Bank Street. State-of-the-art projection technology and light will bathe eight city blocks from Slater to Gilmour in amazing light. Music pumping from three different stages. Extended patios spilling out onto the sidewalks and street, serving up food and drink to thousands of revelers. It’ll be dynamic. Romantic. Fun. Trippy. Magical. And totally FREE to attend.

The Kronenbourg 1664 Live Music Stage will feature performances by Ottawa's Soul Jazz Orchestra, Montreal's Sandy Duperval, a headlining performance by Judith Hill of Academy Award Winning 20 Feet From Stardom and a debut opening performance by Jenn Em who is touted as the next Amy Winehouse.

On our DJ stage I am extremely excited to present superstar Spanish duo CHUS+CEBALLOS, Grammy Award Winning Hex Hector, Montreal's Drum-Addiction, SIR JEMI, and a special back-to-back set by two off Canada's best DJ/Producers Stephan Grondin & Mark Anthony marking the first time in 15 years the two legendary DJ's have performed together side by side. Rounding out the DJ stage will be the best of the Ottawa house music scene and a massive Electric Breakfast that will take place on Saturday.

In addition you will see many pop-up and spin off events including some incredible q***r parties with performances by DJ Mark Falco, Australia's DJ Kitty Glitter and a highly anticipated appearance by RuPaul's Drag Race alum Willam Belli and the most incredible performance artists performing up and down Bank Street,

I've only started to scratch the surface of what we have planned but what I can say is that we are creating something that has never been done before and truly special.

I am so thankful for the confidence that the BIA has put in me and the great team of professionals working to make this an epic weekend of events and experiences. Special shout out to Ottawa Special Events, LouLou Lounge Furniture Rental, Greg Cosgrove, Gordon Smith of Swiss Design Group, Julie Beun, Sharon House of Avant-Garde Design, Doug Saunders-Riggins, Lyne Boulé and everyone else that is making this happen.

Introducing the "Next Big Thing" at this year's Glow Fair.

Jenn Em grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland, a small suburb of Washington, DC. As a toddler, she instantly and unexplainably gravitated towards music and from a very young age knew it would be the most significant piece of her life. She began playing classical piano at age four, wrote her first song at six, and took up violin at seven. At 16, Jenn ventured into the world hip-hop and r&b, releasing a remix of Wale's "Nike Boots" feat. Lil' Wayne which exploded in the DC area and gave her momentum to take her music to the next level. Immediately after graduating high school at 17, she moved out to Los Angeles, California, where she began exploring her sound, performing, and writing for other artists. Her original, debut single, "Jailkeeper" is scheduled to be released mid May.

Here's a little something to wet your tastebuds. Raw, Emotional, Incredibly Talented and she will open the show for Judith Hill.
