Some love stories don’t just celebrate the two people standing at the altar.

They honor everyone who made them who they are.

Chantal & Joseph’s day The Vue & Clubhouse was one of those days.

Grandma sat in the front row, holding every emotion at once. The kind of tears that only come when love has lived. You could feel her heart in the room.

And then right as Chantal walked in… a single dove landed just above the ceremony and stayed. Overlooking everything.

No one said anything. We all just felt it.

Family was everything that day. Not as a detail. As the whole reason.

The way Chantal tried to get through her vows on that little white bench and couldn’t.

The way Joseph just smiled and let her cry.

The way they laughed five seconds later like no one else was watching.

One day these won’t just be wedding photos.

They’ll be the photographs their children point to.

The ones that remind them love is bigger than one day. That it’s watched over. That it carries.

There are weddings that are beautiful…

And then there are weddings that make you feel every chapter.

For us, this story didn’t begin on their wedding day.

It began the day he got down on one knee.

We’ve had the privilege of documenting this journey from the proposal, to the engagement, and now to the moment they promised forever. Watching a love story unfold chapter by chapter is something we’ll never take for granted.

The nervous smiles while getting ready.
The tears a father tried to hide.
The laughter that echoed through every room.
Friends who became family.
The quiet moments before “I do.”
The celebration after “We did.”

No staged emotion.
No perfect script.

Just two people surrounded by the ones who have loved them long before this day… and who will continue loving them for the rest of their lives.

It’s slower.
It’s imperfect.
It asks you to trust the moment instead of checking the back of the camera.

Every click matters.
Every frame is intentional.
And when you finally hold those scans in your hands, it feels less like looking at photographs… and more like reliving a memory.

This is why we’ll always have a place in our hearts for film.
