BIG thank you to Keepsake Events for making our wedding day the most perfect day ever.

We wouldn’t change a thing about how the day turned out. Melanie designed our wedding space perfectly to reflect the natural beauty of the garden venue and having her expertise on how things operate in the wedding world and at our specific venue was invaluable. We had Agnes as our day of coordinator and she was such an amazing person to have on our team closer to our wedding day. She kept everything moving smoothly on the day of so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The entire process of planning a wedding was sometimes hard and stressful, but having Agnes and Melanie’s help made it a lot easier.

We would highly recommend the Keepsake events team because of their impeccable taste, calm demeanours and insider knowledge. We are very thankful to have found their services early on in our wedding planning and for having their help with our wedding design and day-of coordination.

If we could relive the day or have another wedding (lol), we’d choose Keepsake Events every time.

Take a moment for just you two 💛

Your wedding day will fly by in a blur of laughter, hugs, happy tears, and so much love from your favourite people. It’s a beautiful whirlwind but amidst the magic, don’t forget to carve out time for just the two of you💫

Whether it’s a quiet few moments after the ceremony, a reception room reveal before doors officially open or golden hour photos in the evening, that little breather together is gold. Catch your breath and soak in the fact that you’re married 🥂

Real cake, faux tiers, cutting wedge, sheet cake, if you’ve followed for a while, you know we love options! Our answers always depend on each of our couple’s priorities and preferences. We want your wedding planning and wedding day experience to be supported as possible!

Dairy/Nut/Fruit/Other allergies? Sweet Tooth? Plating Fees? Time Constraints? You better believe we are taking notes on all things important for your cake needs in addition to everything else. Your day is special and each decision is a well thought out one to carry you through to your best day ever!

Writing personal vows? Now is the time to decide what you’re going to say and when you’re going to say them… and here’s our hot take: it doesn’t have to be during your wedding ceremony!

Where are they are going to be written? We are all for eye contact on the big day, but with nerves and a ton going on the wedding day, let’s take away any barriers to the perfect moment and have them on paper. Sticky notes, cue cards and your iPhone can be good backups, but Vow Books have that extra refinement to make this very personal reading special. They also add to your keepsakes to relive the wedding day ✨

It’s engagement photo season and the perfect time for it with spring around the corner and the cherry blossoms getting ready to bloom. Work with your photographer to plan out the locations that are right for you!

Many couples are not having an engagement session anymore, do what’s right for you! It is a great chance to get to know your photographer better, and it can be nice to have some proper photos of the two of you to keep to yourselves or display on the wedding day.
