A small snippet a custom menu that headed out to one of our awesome clients today 💫🌿

On the menu:
💫 Lamb birria bowls with consommé, refried beans, peppers and broccoli and a side Mexican street corn salad with radish, cucumber, tomato and feta in a creamy lime dressing
💫 Turkey burgers with a homemade grape and fig preserves with goat cheese, side parsnip and yam frites with dairy free turmeric buttermilk ranch
💫 braised beef short ribs with whipped cauliflower mash and glazed honey carrots
💫 creamy dijon chicken with charred cauliflower and a side brussel sprout salad with broccoli, red onion and cranberry in a honey dijon vinny

💫 is a bad ass highly skilled chef! - 2-3 years minimum in a professional cooking job, and a culinary diploma would be a great asset!
💫 has top notch communication skills & customer service skills
💫 is passionate about cooking food that checks all the boxes: beautiful, healthy and delicious
💫 is a team player and works well with others
💫 is highly organized and efficient in the kitchen
💫 is adaptable and eager to cook our clients the food of their dreams!

The role:
- part time to start with plenty of room for growth in a growing business
- 1 on 1 cooking for your own personal clients on a weekly basis (creative autonomy over your menus!) plus helping with our colourful catering
- Sunday-Tuesday availability, ideally
- flexible daytime hours and no more late nights like at the restaurant
- work with an incredibly passionate & inspired team of chefs who are constantly learning, growing and evolving together
