Small businesses in the event industry are ready to move on in a safe, controlled environment. Our industry has been silently struggling over the past two years.

It’s time to open up BC Events and Weddings, not only for businesses but for the people who are also desperate to finally have the celebration they deserve. So many people have cancelled their events and rescheduled several times now, and it’s time they were able to safely celebrate with friends and family. It’s time to allow events again .

Who’s looking forward to celebrations again? Rubbing shoulders...dancing, and being SOCIAL?!

The news of BC’s restart plan means outdoor weddings and organized events may proceed with a maximum of 50 people in attendance starting now (not including event organizers and staff). Hopefully by phase 4 in September, we can look forward to regular indoor events, and a return to a little bit more normalcy!

As many of you know I have been taking a break from weddings and events (due to covid of course), as well as taking advantage of this time at home with baby JJ. I look forward to taking on more events including social and corporate, as well as weddings this year. 🎉
