Corporate offsites don’t have to feel like just another day in a meeting room.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a corporate training session at The Studio, and it was a perfect reminder of why the right environment matters.

Swapping fluorescent lights and traditional boardrooms for natural light, an inspiring setting, and space for genuine conversation can completely shift the energy of a team.

Some of our favourite events here have nothing to do with a yoga mat.

Paint nights, creative workshops, supper clubs, team offsites — this space was designed to flex far beyond wellness alone. High ceilings, flexible floor plan, and light that makes everything (and everyone) look good.

This is your sign that Puppy Yoga is, in fact, exactly as delightful as it sounds. 🐶

Our most recent Puppy Yoga session filled the studio with wagging tails, unexpected zoomies, and a whole lot of laughter — proof that wellness doesn’t always have to be serious to be good for the soul.

Huge thanks to everyone (two-legged and four-legged) who joined us, and to our incredible host for bringing this joyful class to life in our space.
