Even during this trip, the work doesn’t stop.

Part of being a business owner is still doing the boring but important stuff — following up with leads, making calls, and showing up when it’s time.

Tried to make a call today, but it didn’t happen because the person didn’t show up for the scheduled call.

To me, one of the most important things in business is simple: be on time.

Met an artist in Kelowna today, and it reminded me of something I’ve wanted for a long time.

I would honestly love to see one of our Coffee Bikes turned into a real art piece — custom drawings, prints, vinyl, hand-painted details, the whole thing. I think the right artist could make one look absolutely unreal.

So if you’re an artist and this idea speaks to you, DM me. I’d genuinely love to see if we can get a Coffee Bike going for you.

So today’s little side quest was finding somewhere to plug it in… luckily, someone nice helped us out.

One of those moments where you stop, look around, and realize how crazy it is that this journey is actually real.

Riding the Coffee Bike through a place like this, seeing it all from the drone, and capturing the road from a whole different perspective — this is exactly the kind of moment we dreamed about when planning The Crossing.

For a long time, I’ve been so focused on business, productivity, and self-growth that even something as simple as going for a hike felt like “lost time.”

There was always this urgency… this guilt that I should be doing more.

One thing I want from this trip is to stay productive, keep building, keep pushing — but also learn how to slow down a little and actually live through the moments along the way.

Maybe that’s part of growth too.
