With over 20 years of experience in France, Dubai and Canada, Benny brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and passion to everything he creates.

His approach to pastry combines classic French techniques with inspiration from his years working around the world. Every dessert is carefully crafted, with a strong focus on flavour, presentation and the little details that make a difference.

Benny is a big part of what makes our dessert offering so special, and we’re proud to have his talent and creativity as part of the Truffles team. 🤍
