From the moment we started working together, it was clear these two were something special. Elegant, warm, and so deeply in love — a true match made in heaven. Their vision was refined and beautiful, and watching it all come to life in that stunning Fairmont ballroom was something we will never forget.

Some weddings just stay with you — and this one was truly unforgettable. & , from the very start you both were so warm, so sweet, and an absolute joy to work with. And your families? Truly some of the kindest people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Your love radiated through every single detail of the day, and we feel so lucky to have been part of it.

It was one of those events where everything just clicked — an incredible vendor team, stunning venue, and most importantly, a couple we completely adored. We're so grateful to have helped bring such a meaningful day to life.

Honoured to share that our February styled shoot at Overlynn Mansion has been named a finalist for Best Creative Editorial / Styled Shoot at the WPIC Awards.

Designed as a complete wedding-day narrative — not just a single moment — this project explored “something blue” through a quiet-luxury lens. Soft powder blues, layered candlelight, pearls, and crystal textures came together in a cohesive story.

We are officially a preferred vendor at the Brock House!

Some venues feel special from the very first walkthrough. The Brock House has always been one of them - timeless architecture, ocean views, and gardens that make every celebration feel intimate and grand all at once. After coordinating a beautiful wedding there this past simmer, we’re so honoured to now be a preferred vendor at this iconic Vancouver venue.

We got this review from this sweet couple today and our hearts are so full. Thank you Mel and Andre for trusting us with bringing your vision to life. It was an absolute pleasure working with you two kind souls. We wish you all the best in married life.

“Bouvardia Events was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Bahar is extraordinary - very responsive over texts, super eager to deliver the wedding of our dreams. She did not measure any efforts to make sure everything was done to our absolute word. Even the guests that were involved in setting up the wedding were surprised with how hard Bahar worked, described as “she would do things even before we would ask her”, or “when we would try to search for her, we would see her running around already doing what we were going to ask”.
Truly, as other reviews say, she will be on top of every detail. Super organized, knows what works, what does not, and was able to work around unexpected circumstances very well.
Lastly, what to me, as the groom, was the most important thing she did, was to periodically check on my bride as she was getting ready, making sure everything was ok, and if there was anything she would need done. This took all my concerns away, knowing someone was there making sure my bride was happy with all the elements of our wedding.
Our wedding was perfect, and Bahar and one of her associates Emily, were the ones that made sure this happened.

Some weddings just stay with you—and this one was truly unforgettable. From the very start, this couple was full of warmth, joy, and trust in our process, which made working with them an absolute pleasure. Their vision came to life so beautifully, and the love they shared radiated through every detail of the day.
