You think youโre going for Indian foodโฆ and then Indo-Chinese hits different ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐โจ

๐BUT can we talk about this for a secondโฆ we tried butter chicken ON THE BONE for the first time ๐คฏ
Apparently this is how itโs traditionally made, and wowโฆ the flavor is NEXT LEVEL.
It was so much more tender, way juicier, and had this deep smoky taste that just hits different. Likeโฆ rich, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth kind of good ๐คค๐ฅ
Honestly I donโt think I can go back to regular butter chicken after this.
Which one would you try first, their traditional butter chicken or a more indo-chinese twist...CHOWMEIN? ๐
And if youโve had butter chicken on the bone beforeโฆ tell me, am I late to this or what?!
