I love scheduling ample time for portrait shots. It's one of the rare times when the bride and groom can connect with each other amidst the busyness of their wedding day.
And when the day is over, it's the photos and videos that will allow you to relive these special moments.

As if on cue (in the first image), the wind came at just the right moment to lift the tendrils of hair framing H's face. Perfect!

One of the many reasons why I love when wedding day approaches, is you get to see the all the small details come together as items slowly trickle in. After working with our clients for the past year, it’s really exciting to see all the design elements come to life - they’re no longer just the images that you dream up of in your head - they’re the actual tangible object.

Admittedly, it can be a bit of a tease because I only ever get to see sneak peeks of it until the wedding day. But even more of a reason why I look forward to wedding day!!

Here’s a little something I just received yesterday for this Saturday’s wedding - a small portion of what we’ve dreamed up of. And a bit of blue to help cool you off during this heat wave.

D&B went through so many changes whilst planning for their wedding: From Plan A, to Plan B, to Plan C to Plan D, with Plan D being made a few days before their outdoor ceremony and reception due to the forecasted heavy rain. However, in spite of all the craziness, their love for each other shone through. No amount of stress, surprises, and changes could dampen their day.

And you know what? They were blessed with no rain! The rain made an appearance just after the last guest left the venue. Perfect timing!
