AI can make events smarter. It doesn’t have to make them less human.

AI can help build schedules, personalise communications (to some extent), analyse attendee data, streamline logistics and take a lot of administrative work off a team’s plate.
And that’s a good thing.

Because when technology handles repetitive work, planners have more room to focus on what technology can’t replace: reading the room, understanding people, knowing when to change the pace, giving a speaker more time, or recognizing that the beautifully planned agenda needs to change.

The future of events isn’t about choosing between AI and people. It’s about using AI to enhance the work, while keeping human judgement at the centre of the experience.

Design is deciding what people see, where they go, where they pause, what they notice—and what they don't.

It's the lighting that makes people linger. The layout that makes conversation easier. The table that makes dinner feel like an occasion. The entrance that quietly tells your guests, something good is about to happen.

Good design isn't decoration. It's choreography, with prettier shoes - and we’re fantastic at this choreography.

Fun fact: Our event emergency kit has seen more action than some people at the actual event.

Fashion tape? Obviously.
Safety pins? Several.
Stain remover? Always.
Sewing kit? Absolutely.

Tissues, scissors, mints, pain-free wardrobe fixes, chargers and a collection of things that make you wonder, “Why would we possibly need that?” Until you need it. Then suddenly we're everyone's favourite person.

That's the thing about events: the tiny emergencies are rarely tiny when you're standing in the middle of them.

Your timeline says 4:00 PM. Your auntie says otherwise.

This is precisely why multicultural weddings need more than a pretty timeline. Different traditions can mean different ceremonies, family expectations, entrances, meal timings, outfit changes and very strong opinions about what happens next.

The goal isn't to squeeze everything into a schedule. It's to build a schedule that understands the people inside it.
