Nestled in the heart of Regent Park, the Catering Collective is a group of men and women in the community who are bringing their passions for cooking, creativity, and learning to foster personal and community development. We are a mosaic of people who reflect our diversity in the food we make; everything from samosas to dumplings, flavoured rice dishes to lasagna is on our menu. By cooking togethe
