Some meals are worth repeating.

We had the pleasure of catering a vow renewal for a couple who asked for the exact same dinner served at their wedding. They wanted breakfast for supper, and we were more than happy to make it happen.

The menu was a hearty spread of pancakes, sausages, bacon, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit platters. The bride made sure to tell us it was absolutely fabulous and that guests were taking note of who did the catering.

It means so much to be part of moments like this, thank you for including us in your celebration.

Saturday’s outdoor wedding was one of those feel-good days you don’t forget.

The weather held up and everything just came together beautifully. We served roast beef and gravy, barbecued chicken, our homemade stuffed potatoes, perogies with butter and onions, a bunch of fresh salads, and trays of baking that didn’t last long!

The bride and groom were so happy, which honestly made our whole day. Nothing beats seeing people enjoy the food and the moment.

Seven years ago, Rencon Industries gave me a call to cater their staff barbecue, and they’ve called me back every year since.

It’s been such a joy watching their team grow and their business thrive. What started as one event has become a tradition I truly look forward to. They’re the kind of clients who make this work feel more like family.

Their menu this year included rib steaks hot off the grill, stuffed potatoes, broccoli salad, Caesar salad, and our signature dill pickle pasta salad.

They always send me home with a full heart and the kindest compliments. Thank you, Rencon, for trusting me year after year. It means more than you know.

We had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding out at the Gardenview Estates wedding venue this weekend - what a stunning spot to celebrate!

The couple wanted a full Ukrainian buffet, and we were more than happy to deliver. Their guests enjoyed hearty helpings of meatballs with gravy, kolbasa, cabbage rolls, perogies with butter and onions, perishke, nalysnyky, broccoli salad, and Caesar salad. And because no celebration is complete without something sweet, we also brought along a spread of homemade baking: cookies, squares, tarts, and loaves. This crowd came hungry and left happy, with so many kind words about the food.

We catered a wedding this weekend that we won’t forget anytime soon. The bride shared that her guests were still talking about the food well into the night and there was so much left, she ended up sending them home with little take-away bundles. How sweet is that?

Dinner was a mix of smoked brisket, BBQ chicken, roasted potatoes, cheesy perogies, grilled veggies, and warm buns with butter. The salads included Caesar, Greek, and our much-loved dill pickle pasta salad.

It’s always an honour to be part of a celebration like this. We’re just grateful we could help make the day even more special.
