This past Sunday we did a delivery for a gift opening, and we were happy to be able to accommodate all of the requests for the bride and groom.

We prepared a nice spread of wraps and sandwiches, veggies and dip, a fresh fruit platter, and a pickle, cheese and cracker platter.

Spencer took care of the delivery for us, and we received such a wonderful message afterwards from Blake and Lisa:

“Everything was fantastic, with leftovers to share and send with our guests. And Spencer’s fun and friendly delivery style set the tone.

The concession is opening again for the season!

We’ll be back this Tuesday at 5:00 PM and ready to serve you.

Then starting Wednesday, September 16th, we’ll also be open for lunch. Lunch pre-orders will be open next week and can be placed by September 15th.

We’re excited to get another season underway and look forward to seeing everyone again!

Well, with everyone heading back to school last week, we had a very busy time feeding lots of school staff!

We were at M.E. LaZerte School for a big on-site barbecue, cooking up 200 of our homemade beef burgers with all the fixings, homemade potato salad and Caesar salad. Lots of happy teachers and wonderful compliments!

Michael Strembitsky School had us out twice. First for an early morning breakfast delivery with bacon, eggs, homemade hash browns, fresh fruit and juice, and then again a couple days later for one of our homemade donair bars. They were so happy with everything and had plenty left to enjoy the next day.

We also delivered lunch to Westbrook School with oven roasted chicken thighs and gravy, perogies, our homemade Ukrainian cabbage rolls, Mediterranean salad and bean salad. I followed up afterwards and was so happy to hear how much all the staff enjoyed their meal.

It was definitely a busy back-to-school week around here! Thank you so much to all the schools that trusted Let’s Eat Catering to feed your staff. We really appreciate the support!

We received such a nice review from one of our recent wedding couples and always love hearing back from our wonderful clients.

They trusted us to cater their August wedding for about 130 guests, and were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Knowing they were so happy with the food and how our team looked after them on their big day means so much to us.

We finally had a very well deserved staff get-together after what has been one crazy busy summer!

It was so nice to have some time together where nobody was working. Lots of laughs, good conversations, games and just a chance to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

But most of all, I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to my staff. They have put in countless hours this summer and worked their butts off!

I’m sure there were more than a few times when I took on “just one more job” when we were already busting at the seams. I’d get that look from everyone, but they’d put their heads down and get it done anyway.

There are no bosses around here. We are a team, and I’m forever grateful for every single one of you who continues to stand beside me through the crazy days. Let’s Eat Catering continues to grow because of the amazing people behind it, and I couldn’t do it without you.

Thank you for one crazy, busy and AMAZING summer!

Our third wedding of the day from last weekend was for Justin and Candace out at Blue Meadows!

Their menu was oven-roasted chicken with gravy, homemade sweet and sour meatballs, perogies, Oriental salad, Caesar salad and dill pickle pasta salad. Later in the evening, we brought out a taco bar for their late lunch.

We received so many wonderful compliments from their guests throughout the evening, and the next morning Candace sent us the nicest message saying everything was excellent and how happy they were with our team and everything they did to help make the day go smoothly.

Justin and Candace were such a fantastic couple to work with. We’re so happy we could be part of their wedding day and wish them all the best!

Last weekend's wedding #2 was out at a beautiful acreage for a backyard celebration!

We fired up the barbecue for rib steaks, homemade beef burgers and hot dogs, along with sour cabbage rolls, baked potatoes, Greek salad and dill pickle pasta salad.

It was such a nice setting for a wedding and another group of happy, hungry guests. Lots of full plates and smiling faces, which is exactly what we like to see.
