It's been a particularly tough summer, marked by a challenging growing season and recent losses in the family. Micro greens for the win!
These were incredibly easy and grew with just sun in a southeast window.
Give it a try!

Recycled container (make sure it is food grade if using plastic). I used a milk carton cut in half lengthwise.

Soilless medium - I used Earth Safe Coco Earth from my local Garden centre and topped it with vermiculite.

Some micro green seeds are sown on top, some just below the surface. Read the instructions on the seed pack.

I am watering by spraying the top but I would imagine that bottom watering would work super well.

Wait and cut off the tops when ready and add to all of your favourite salads and dishes!
