Hello friends.
I’m catering this week and thought perhaps you’d like to get in on freshly prepared Beef and Cheesy Pesto Mascarpone lasagna.

With everyone getting gardens ready and farmers being in the fields, it’s nice to be able to eat a hearty meal that can be warmed in the oven or on the grill as an accompaniment to something else that wasn’t labour intensive for you.

Two sizes to choose from.
The 2 Lb. or a half tray lasagna pan that measures 9” x 11”. You can easily get 9 generous pieces from this pan. Perfect for freezing the leftovers from for another occasion. (If you ask I can provide you with stackable foil freezer containers for your pieces)
Also, each order of either sized option comes with complimentary Garlic Toast.

Container prices with tax~ 2Lb.~ $26
1/2 lasagna pan (9x11) ~ $105

Lasagna’s ready for pickup on Friday, May 22nd between the hours of 4 until 7 pm.

This upcoming Thursday I’m offering Chicken Tender Wraps or alternatively, GF deconstructed Chicken Tender contents on Rice as take out.

Please have your orders in by Wednesday, February 4th in the morning.

Aren’t we all suffering from feeling a little ‘wallet poor’ post the holidays?

But there is always room for freezer soups. At a generous 32 ounces each, it’s the meal that keeps on giving.
A little sustenance for these cold wintery days in a freezer safe container.

The soups will go out on FRIDAY from 4 until 7pm. Take as few or as many of each option you’d prefer to choose from. Just let me know which tickle your fancy, how many containers you’d like; and I’ll have them hot and ready for your take away.
Each soup is priced at $15/container. (Tax included)

Option #1 Lasagna Soup
Contents~ Lots of Ground Beef, Ricotta, Parmesan & Mozzarella Cheeses, Lasagna Noodles, Onions, Garlic, Tomato & Beef Broth.

Option #2 Chicken Stracciatella Soup
Contents~ Pieces of Chicken, Egg Slurry, Pastina, Kale, Carrots, Garlic & Chicken Broth.

Option #3 Dill Pickle Soup. (our house favourite)
Contents~ Pieces of Chicken, Spinach, Hard Boiled Egg, Handmade Egg Yolk Dumplings, Onion, Garlic, Dill Pickles, Dill, Cream & a dollop of Sour Cream. (Dumplings and Hard Boiled Eggs will come in a separate container from your broth)

New Year’s Eve is coming and I can help you with two inclusions for your evening if you choose.
My standard Meat, Fruit and Cheese Charcuterie Box offerings, (photo of typical box shown)
Boxes are priced at $35 per person (tax included) You decide how many servings you’d like.

As well as a Dessert Charcuterie box with a variety of single serving house made delights that you can share with others. ‘Sharing is Caring,’ so go into the New Year with appreciation for those around you.
Menu description of each sweet inclusion listed below.

•Maple Butterscotch Pudding with a piece of house made Sponge Toffee (GF)
•Chocolate Bourbon Balls (GF)
•A homemade JUMBO Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cup (GF)
•A piece of Key Lime Pie with Meringue Topping
•Chocolate Fettuccine with Pecan & Caramel Sauce
•A piece of Skillet Cherry Clafoutis with Vanilla Custard Sauce
•A piece of Raspberry Pâté de Fruits (GF, Vegan)

$70 (tax exempt)

OR

A ‘Mini box’ where you choose the selection of 3 desserts from the list above that appeal to you most, to be included.
